 Our District Governor for 2022-2023, Jose Velasco, came to speak at our rotary meeting 9/14. Jose is a delight and brings so much joy and positivity to Rotary. He has served Rotary in several capacities, include Midvale Club President 2015-17, as a Positive Peace Mentor, USGlobal Grant coach, a committee member of the first District Conference held outside the country and Chair of the Virtual Rotaract Pan-American Conference in 2020. Nominated to be a District Governor in May of 2020, he began his training preparing him to be the 107th District Governor for Utah 5420 during the Rotary year 2022 -2023. He challenges us all to “imagine a world that deserves our best.” | ||
