On June 21, Holladay Rotary Club members gathered at the Holladay City's park pavilion to hold our June meeting and celebrate our events and achieved goals from the past year as well as welcome our new Holladay Rotary president. Cathy Mullaly, our current president, proudly served our club for the last year and rang her last meeting bell during this event. We celebrated the many successful service projects and fundraisers organized under her leadership.

We also welcomed our new Holladay Rotary Club President, Ryan Patano, who has strong roots in Rotary, going back to his teen years. Ryan shared this year's Rotary theme, to "Create hope in the world". Our club's focus in the next year is mental health and continue our focus on food insecurity within the local community, and consider a community garden as a possible service project. Ryan also challenged all members to contribute to the goal of increasing our membership, from 32 to 37 members.
Curt Bischoff, Club Treasurer and Ryan Patano, president elect, recognized current president Cathy Mullaly with an award for her service as president. Thank you, Cathy, for representing our club and growing our local partnerships!
